 I grew up in Western Pennsylvania, moved to Florida 40+ years ago, and I love living here!  I received my B.A. from Slippery Rock State University in Pennsylvania; my Masters in Music Education from University of Central Florida; and my Certification in Administration and Supervision from Stetson University.  I taught in Volusia County schools for 20 years.  My church background includes various denominations (most recently Methodist) and the experiences are most often related to choir, piano, organ and congregational care.

My husband John (the Agriculture Teacher at New Smyrna Beach Middle School in his 34th year) and I are delighted to be a part of this church and its ministries.  We enjoy traveling, birding, fishing, relaxing with our 3 cats (Pearl, Grace and Henry) and our family.  Go Gators!

 I was born in Plymouth, Mass January 3rd 1959.  Moved to Florida with my parents in September 1972. Received my high school diploma in June 1977 Attended D.B..C.C. 78'-79 received AA in English. I worked as custodian for the C.E.T.A. Program in high school  /Majik Market Division Manager/Zayers in Toy Department/Custodian Orlando Navy Base/Friends Of The Homeless-Office Manager/New Start/ Now CUMC/ I love reading writing and computers and making people laugh!!
